Technical skill recognized far and wide
In 1963 Johann Grander become a gas station operator in Jochberg, that soon became a popular meeting place. The work at the gas station was very hard and impacted his joints.
At the gas station Johann Grander had a lot of opportunity to work with motors and his skill soon became recognized by people far and wide.
Apart from his family and work, he had a great "passion" for his motorbike. On his BMW 750 he covered the 100km stretch of the "Grossglockner tour" in only 55 minutes (!). After an accident, he decided to give up his motorbiking out of consideration for his family.
